We are based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and we offer free meetup-pickup. Contactless pickup is also available. We can deliver to limited places in/around Grand Rapids for a fee.
All goodies are made in a dedicated dairy-free cottage kitchen used for only our baked goods and not shared with any other businesses. We use PFOA-free certified parchment paper and cupcake cups only.
We do not yet have a customer-facing storefront, so we sadly cannot host you in-store yet. Stay tuned to our social media for updates on that front, as we are scheduled to open a downtown kitchen by next summer.

Who are we?
We are a health-conscious, allergy-friendly bakery. Our expertly educated staff have years of experience with allergy-friendly baking, food science, nutrition, AIP protocols, and food safety, and our products are the cream of the crop in delicious, grit-free, dairy-free fluffy cakes and baked goods that taste better than “regular” ones.
We uphold the most stringent standards of food safety and avoiding toxins and germs. Cakes are never touched or decorated with bare hands. We are passionate about using only the highest quality ingredients and equipment which we would be pleased for ourselves and our families to eat/use at home.

- Dairy(including milk, dairy butter, cheese, sour cream, yogurt, etc)

Our History
We are a team of health-conscious bakers passionate about sharing our delicious goods and recipes with everyone. We have been baking with gluten-free flours and vegan/dairy-free recipes, and applying principles of food science, health and nutrition in the kitchen for more than 10 years. Our bakery was born from noticing ourselves and our family members and friends suffering from the lack of baked goods on the market which are suitable for those with certain autoimmune diseases and allergies, not only by being dairy-free, but also dye-free, non-GMO, gluten-free and fructose-free/low sugar, in the Grand Rapids area and Michigan in general.
